Terms of Service — SingleTap VPN

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the SingleTap VPN application ("App", "Service") provided by an individual developer, Stepan Hamitsaev ("we", "us", "our").

By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App and delete it from your device.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are 13–18 years old, you may use the Service only under parental or guardian supervision.

3. Personal, Non-Commercial License

The App is licensed to you for personal and non-commercial use only. You may not:

• copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the App
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• use automated systems to interfere with the Service

4. VPN Usage Rules

You agree to use the VPN Service only in a legal and responsible manner. You are solely responsible for any activity done through your connection.

Strictly prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

• any activity that violates applicable local or international laws
• sending spam, phishing, fraud, ransomware or malware distribution
• DDoS attacks or attempts to break into systems or networks
• copyright infringement, including unauthorized streaming or file sharing
• identity theft, harassment, or other abuse of the service

We reserve the right to suspend or limit access in cases of suspected abuse.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscription features may become available in future versions. All purchases will be processed through Apple App Store or Google Play using their billing systems. Refunds follow the policies of the respective store.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate third-party services such as analytics, crash reporting, advertising and billing providers. By using the App, you agree to their terms and privacy policies.

7. No Warranty

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of performance, availability, speed, or security. We do not guarantee that the Service will unblock websites or bypass restrictions in any specific country.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, service interruption, or legal consequences of using the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Application at any time by deleting it. We may suspend access to the Service in case of violation of these Terms or misuse of the VPN network.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located within the Russian Federation.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted in the App. Continued use after changes means your agreement to the updated Terms.
